About Dr. Kwame Adom admin February 6, 2020

As the founder and Chief Clinician of Eclinique, Dr Adom comes with loads of experiences in venture creation, nurturing, managing and constantly putting smiles on the customer’s face. He wears two hats; as an academic and entrepreneur. As an academic, Dr Adom is a Senior Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at the Department of Marketing & Entrepreneurship, University of Ghana Business School, with over a decade of teaching and researching experience. 

He has worked with Enterprise Development Service (EDS) current UGBS Executive Development at the University of Ghana Business School, University of Ghana. He has a PhD in Entrepreneurship from the University of Sheffield Management School, Sheffield, UK, an MBA (Finance) from the University of Leicester, Bsc Planning from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) the UK. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK) and a Professional Member of the International Council for Small Business in Canada. As an entrepreneur, he created Entrepreneur’s Clinique, a Business and Management Consulting firm, in 2015. Dr Adom is an experienced Consultant/Trainer in Entrepreneurship/Marketing and Management with proven working experience. He has been training institutions and individuals in entrepreneurship: new venture creation, social entrepreneurship, business planning, entrepreneurial marketing. Marketing: customer service, developing retail strategy, measuring customer satisfaction, and conducting monitoring and evaluation for businesses.

In March 2016, he trained about 100 young entrepreneurs in business planning. In August 2017, he completed customer training for Airport Clinic Management and Staff in Accra. Since September 2018, he has been featuring on OKFM Abeeku Santana’s programme every Monday until Covid-19 came on the Entrepreneur’s Clinique session, offering free practical and workable Business advice. He is a trainer under the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan (NEIP) was the first trainer for the 5-page business plan competition organised by NEIP in 2018. He is an expert in managing business growth and sustaining it. He has trained people not only in Ghana but also in London and Canada. He prides himself in designing strategies for creating and delivering corporate value without compromising clients’ benefits and paying high-level attention to details. He has a strong background in customer service, design and management, research and analytical skills.

He is a team player with good interpersonal skills and has helped many individuals and organisations design and implement projects successfully, offers strategic business advice to individual entrepreneurs and corporate bodies and organises training courses in entrepreneurship and marketing. He is currently helping some entrepreneurs in Accra design strategies to manage and sustain their business growth across varied sectors of the national economy. His international exposure across the United Kingdom, Europe and North America, especially Canada, has granted him more knowledge and experience dealing with global corporate marketing and entrepreneurship issues.
